Senior Digital PR Manager

• Join one of the UK’s largest Digital PR teams as Senior Digital PR Manager, working fully remotely on a 4-day week. • Take full ownership of how high-value and cross-service accounts are run, from onboarding to growth. • Act as the senior point of contact so clients feel supported and confident. • Keep campaign timelines, quality and KPIs on track across your portfolio. • Line manage and develop a high-performing Digital PR team. • Coordinate delivery across Digital PR, SEO, Data and Design teams.

• Bring proven experience in a senior Digital PR or client services role, ideally at an agency. • Show strong client communication and stakeholder management skills. • Bring experience owning complex or multi-service accounts. • Show line management experience, coaching and developing others. • Manage multiple accounts and priorities with strong organisation. • Own account health, retention and growth with commercial awareness. • Understand search engines and basic SEO approaches. • Bring experience with tools such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console and media databases.

• Bring experience leading QBRs and renewal conversations. • Show experience managing integrated SEO and Digital PR accounts. • Bring experience improving agency ways of working. • Show experience with Muck Rack or Buzzstream.

• Own and grow senior client relationships for satisfaction, retention and growth. • Lead onboarding and set clear expectations on cadence, process and success measures. • Act as primary contact for cross-service accounts and lead QBRs. • Run the operating rhythm of your accounts, including WIPs and stakeholder updates. • Keep delivery on time, on brief and in scope, and remove blockers quickly. • Oversee campaign roadmaps and spot-check output quality. • Line manage Digital PR team members and act early on performance risks. • Represent Digital PR in cross-departmental projects.
