Senior Digital PR Executive - EU (German, Italian, Dutch, French, Spanish)

• Join one of the UK’s largest Digital PR teams at Reboot Online, an award-winning organic search agency. • Work on international campaigns across Germany, Italy, France, Spain, and the Netherlands. • Deliver campaigns that need local nuance, language understanding, and strong media relationships. • Help brands earn quality coverage and links in relevant international publications. • Work closely with Specialists and see how international Digital PR strategies are shaped. • Progress along the pathway from Associate to Specialist as you build market expertise. • Work fully remotely from anywhere in the UK on a four-day week with Fridays off.

• Bring hands-on experience working in Digital PR. • Show a proven ability to secure coverage and links across campaigns. • Speak fluent English plus at least one of German, Italian, Dutch, French, or Spanish. • Write strongly in both English and your chosen language. • Build media lists and run outreach confidently in international markets. • Stay proactive and organised while managing multiple campaigns. • Work in a results-driven way with a clear focus on performance and outcomes. • Take ownership of your work and understand that what works in one region won’t always work in another. • Bring knowledge of search engines and basic SEO approaches. • Present excellently and think outside the box. • Work proficiently in Microsoft Office and Excel. • Be based in the UK.

• Bring agency-side Digital PR experience, which Reboot considers ideal. • Speak two or more of the listed European languages. • Bring existing journalist relationships within your language markets. • Bring experience supporting or onboarding junior team members.

• Own campaigns from ideation through to outreach and results across EU markets. • Contribute campaign ideas tailored to different regions and audiences. • Analyse data and research to identify compelling, locally relevant angles. • Write and refine press materials, adapting tone and messaging for each market. • Lead outreach across European markets, securing coverage and links. • Build and develop journalist relationships within your language markets. • Adapt tactics and angles based on regional performance and media response. • Monitor coverage and proactively convert mentions into links. • Stay close to the news agenda across your markets and identify reactive opportunities. • Share local trends and insights with the team to support ideation. • Support Digital PR Executives with onboarding and day-to-day guidance. • Share best practice across international outreach and campaign delivery.
