• Speak German, Spanish, French, Dutch, or Italian at native level. • Bring proven Digital PR experience with a strong portfolio of link placements. • Use Ahrefs confidently to shape Digital PR SEO strategy and report on impact. • Write and communicate excellently, both internally and externally. • Stay highly organised, proactive, and solution-focused, spotting challenges early. • Stay passionate about news, media, and SEO. • Collaborate naturally and help others grow. • Bring experience working on international markets or campaigns. • Bring knowledge of search engines and basic SEO approaches. • Present excellently and think outside the box. • Be based in the UK.

• Plan and execute Digital PR campaigns from concept through to coverage. • Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs for link intersects and keyword gap analysis to shape outreach strategy. • Write data-led press releases and story angles tailored to journalists in your native market. • Build and manage custom media lists using platforms such as Muck Rack and Buzzstream. • Spot underperforming campaigns and pivot confidently on outreach, angles, or formats. • Monitor news trends and act on reactive opportunities. • Join client WIPs, support QBRs, and contribute to campaign strategy as the trusted PR expert. • Mentor Executives on delivery best practices and lead occasional skills workshops. • Meet and exceed link KPIs, contributing to measurable SEO growth for clients.
