📋 Job Requirements
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Treasury function in a financial institution, payments service provider, electronic money issuer, or similar field.
• Understand UK and wider European payments and electronic money regulations.
• Have knowledge of Treasury ALM and risk management concepts.
• Be accomplished in financial modelling and analytics.
• Be an analytical, strategic thinker with strong judgement and foresight.
• Hold a degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting, or have equivalent experience.

🎯 Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end project management of treasury and banking migrations from planning and stakeholder coordination through to cutover and stabilisation.
• Design payment flows in the e-money ledger and related safeguarding flows to make the most efficient use of capital and meet regulatory requirements.
• Support the design of processes and procedures around compliant and efficient safeguarding.
• Design reconciliation models and processes for the core ledger and all partner payment flows.
• Set up reporting processes and data collection for financial and regulatory reporting.
• Build models and strategies to forecast and manage EMI capital requirements and operational liquidity across all partners.
• Scope and evaluate treasury requirements for any new product integration and ensure these are met.
• Conduct and build quality controls for various processes and rules around treasury operations.
• Manage ad hoc projects and support the Treasury team in daily operations.
• Work closely with internal tech and product teams and liaise with external payment partners in development and maintenance of treasury flows.
