Chief of Staff, Special Projects

• Join Omnea as Chief of Staff for Special Projects, working hybrid from the London office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. • Act as the CEO’s commercial and executional partner in the Office of the CEO. • Run special projects without a natural owner, from acquisitions and fundraises to exec hiring and PR. • Help build new teams and business lines across product, GTM and business building. • See how an AI-driven business scales from $10M to $100M+ ARR at speed. • Build experience for a future path as a founder, GM, COO or commercial leader.

• Bring around 6–10 years in high-growth companies, ideally B2B SaaS, in BizOps, BD or GM-style roles. • Understand how sales, marketing and capital decisions drive growth. • Show a track record of exceptional performance and resilience through tough environments. • Bring experience thriving in 0→1 or growth-stage companies. • Run commercial projects end to end, such as exec hiring, deals or GTM launches. • Write CEO-grade narratives, including board decks and external communications. • Act with discretion, judgement and pace in ambiguous situations. • Bring hands-on operating experience rather than a pure consulting or VC background. • Work from the London office three days a week.
