About the role

💼 What you will do

• Design and implement safety and compliance initiatives across a diverse portfolio of products, from trustworthy AI to marketplace integrity. • Partner with product, engineering, legal, and policy teams to understand potential risks and design policies, processes, and technical capabilities that reduce harm. • Manage and optimise Trust & Safety programmes including policy implementation, content moderation, and regulatory compliance.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety operations or a related role. • Have familiarity with content moderation ecosystems, including policy implementation standards and scaled review systems. • Have experience using metrics, dashboards, or reporting to identify trends and improve outcomes. • Demonstrate the ability to analyse and improve end-to-end Trust & Safety systems, including policies, review processes, and tooling. • Bring a strong understanding of online safety issues such as data privacy, misinformation, and fraud. • Bring a strong understanding of AI safety issues such as fairness, accountability, and transparency. • Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form. • Work independently and as part of a team. • Have experience collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups. • Have experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Demonstrate the ability to operate across a wide range of Trust & Safety projects, quickly adapting to new problem spaces, policy areas, and operational needs.

• Have experience with AI safety programmes and responsible AI frameworks. • Bring background in regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. • Have experience building or scaling content moderation tooling and automation. • Bring familiarity with marketplace integrity and abuse prevention strategies.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Manage key Trust & Safety programmes to reduce harmful experiences for users. • Collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Product, Engineering, Legal, and others to proactively identify and mitigate risks to user safety. • Apply data-driven frameworks to assess programme effectiveness and identify areas for improvement, in alignment with broader company goals and business objectives. • Stay informed about industry best practices and emergent risks associated with new technology products and contexts.
