📋 Job Requirements
• Have experience working with external partners including relationship management and auditing.
• Have experience in Collections and Recoveries strategies.
• Understand the regulatory landscape including CONC, SYSC, Consumer Duty, and the CCA.
• Have leadership experience, directly or indirectly, and be able to drive forward strategic projects.
• Identify, articulate, and mitigate risks associated with strategic changes.
• Demonstrate strong judgement and make trade-offs between what is desired and what is feasible.
• Have a proven ability to gain approval for proposed business changes.
• Be highly resourceful and a self-starter, excelling at researching, untangling, and mapping out unfamiliar regulatory frameworks or new operational domains.
