Senior Site Reliability Engineer

• Join Maze, the user research platform used by Uber, Amazon, Atlassian and Anthropic, in a full-time fully remote role. • Join the Platform team and help build secure, reliable and scalable systems as Maze grows. • Work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, reliability and security. • Strengthen security practices and give engineers the tooling to ship quickly and confidently. • Use AI-assisted and agentic workflows to build, debug and operate systems. • Earn a €109,000–€128,000 base salary plus meaningful equity.

• Bring experience building and operating production systems in a modern cloud environment, ideally AWS. • Understand modern SRE practices, including infrastructure as code and containerised workloads. • Show experience with observability and know what good monitoring, alerting and production visibility look like. • Bring a security mindset, with experience or interest in cloud security, vulnerability management or application security. • Show exposure to, or interest in, compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001. • Automate repetitive work using at least one programming language. • Use modern AI tools actively in your work. • Thrive in a fast-moving environment built on ownership and pragmatic decisions. • Be based in the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal or Spain.

• Bring experience with Kubernetes, Terraform and Docker. • Show experience with Datadog for observability. • Bring experience with Vanta or Socket for security and compliance. • Show experience with GitHub Actions and Argo CD. • Bring familiarity with PostgreSQL, Neo4j or Snowflake.

• Build, operate and evolve cloud infrastructure with reliability, scalability and security in mind. • Improve observability so engineers can understand, debug and operate production systems. • Partner with engineering and security to strengthen the cloud security posture. • Support security and compliance work, including vulnerability management, security testing and audit readiness. • Build tooling and automation that reduces manual work and improves developer experience. • Bring an operational and security perspective to architecture decisions. • Improve how the team prepares for, responds to and learns from production incidents.
