About the role

💼 What you will do

• Join Hutch’s Performance Marketing team as a permanent Senior Marketing Analyst, based in London or Dundee. • Deliver actionable insights that optimise user acquisition campaigns, marketing initiatives, in-game features, and live events. • Work closely with Growth, Marketing, and Games Product teams at a studio that genuinely values data. • Lead performance marketing analytics, including LTV modelling, ROI prediction, and experimentation. • Bring product context into marketing reporting and marketing data into product conversations. • Work a four-day week of 30 hours with no reduction in pay, plus flexible hours. • Work from the London or Dundee office, with remote working two days a week.

📋 Job Requirements

• Bring proven experience in an analytical role within marketing, ideally in a data-driven, performance-focused environment. • Bring strong analytical skills and experience with LTV/ROI modelling and marketing mix or attribution analysis. • Understand marketing principles, digital advertising channels, and campaign optimisation. • Partner directly with Product Managers or Game Leads, turning marketing and player data into input for feature and LiveOps decisions. • Translate data into actionable insights and present them effectively. • Work proficiently in Excel and with BI or analytics tools such as Amplitude or Tableau. • Hold a degree in Maths, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field. • Be able to work from the London or Dundee office on a hybrid basis.

• Bring familiarity with Media Mix Modelling techniques. • Bring strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation. • Create clear, compelling data visualisations in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense. • Bring a background in statistics or predictive modelling. • Show an interest in games and an understanding of what makes them engaging and fun.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Analyse performance marketing data to enable data-driven decisions. • Lead performance marketing analytics, building out processes, documentation, and priorities. • Curate and automate LTV modelling to measure and predict return on investment. • Run analyses and deep-dives into key marketing performance questions. • Develop and maintain performance marketing reporting and present it in regular update meetings. • Share best practices with UA, game analysts, and marketing teams, and build self-service dashboards with the BI team. • Investigate new methodologies such as Media Mix Modelling, SKAN, incrementality testing, and predictive modelling. • Analyse post-install behaviour of acquired users with the Game Analytics team. • Connect acquisition quality and spend to retention and monetisation, informing feature and in-game economy decisions. • Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and campaign or feature trials with appropriate statistical rigour.
