Finance Manager

• Join Form3's Finance team as an experienced Finance Manager, playing a key role in ensuring financial excellence across the business while partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making. • Take on a broad role combining technical accounting, financial control, commercial analysis, and business performance with a tangible impact on how Form3 continues to scale. • Work within a collaborative, high-performing Finance team, strengthening financial processes, delivering meaningful insights, and supporting business leaders in making informed decisions that drive sustainable growth.

• Be a qualified Accountant holding ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. • Have significant post-qualified Finance experience, ideally within FinTech, Payments, Banking, or SaaS. • Have strong financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting experience. • Have experience preparing management accounts and overseeing month-end processes. • Have excellent financial modelling and analytical skills. • Have experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to influence decision-making. • Have strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls, and audit processes. • Have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Have Big 4 training or experience. • Have experience working with NetSuite. • Have experience improving finance systems and processes. • Have exposure to OKRs or wider business performance frameworks. • Have experience within a fast-growing technology business.

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end activities. • Own the annual external audit process and maintain strong financial controls. • Produce financial analysis, modelling, and insights to support strategic decision-making. • Drive continuous improvements across finance systems, processes, and reporting. • Partner with stakeholders across the business to improve commercial performance. • Monitor company performance through budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. • Support company-wide OKR reporting and help track progress against strategic objectives.
