Midweight Creative Artworker

• Join Zilch, one of Europe’s fastest-growing fintechs, in a hybrid role in its London creative team. • Help bring the Zilch brand to life across every customer touchpoint. • Roll out campaigns across multiple formats and channels as demand for creative grows. • Version paid social campaigns across static and motion formats. • Work closely with designers, copywriters and marketers to deliver high-quality creative at pace. • Keep every asset consistent, compliant and on-brand.

• Bring experience creating assets for digital channels, including paid social and CRM. • Show a strong portfolio with pixel-perfect precision and consistent execution across digital work. • Use Figma, Photoshop and After Effects to a high standard. • Use AI tools in your creative workflow while applying judgement to keep outputs on-brand. • Stay organised and juggle multiple deadlines without compromising quality. • Make production decisions within brand guidelines and know when to seek guidance. • Collaborate well with designers, copywriters and marketers. • Care about the craft of artworking and the smallest details. • Work from the London office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

• Bring experience artworking in a regulated industry such as financial services. • Show experience building or maintaining creative templates and asset libraries. • Bring experience with motion design beyond simple versioning. • Show experience improving creative production workflows.

• Version approved campaign creative across static and motion formats for paid social. • Create polished, on-brand marketing assets from established templates. • Work with designers, copywriters and marketers to deliver assets accurately and on time. • Support the Creative team with artwork for campaigns, CRM and other marketing briefs. • Prepare artwork to multiple format, channel and platform specifications. • Make sure assets are accurate, compliant and ready for sign-off in a regulated environment. • Maintain creative templates, asset libraries and production workflows, and suggest improvements. • Manage multiple briefs while keeping quality and attention to detail high.
