💼 What you will do

• Join the B2B Experience Team at Viator, designing platform tools for operators, partners, and third-party merchants that drive efficiency, scalability, and trust across the marketplace ecosystem. • Own end-to-end design across multiple areas, from discovery through delivery, planning and conducting user research and synthesising insights into actionable direction. • Contribute meaningfully to product strategy and roadmaps by evaluating pillar-level opportunities and challenges, and translating research and data into clear problem definitions and success metrics. • Mentor peers and advocate for customer-centred, evidence-based design decisions, connecting work to customer and business goals. • Work fully remotely from the UK or Portugal, with occasional travel to company offices as needed.

📋 Job Requirements

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Bring experience designing B2B or operator-facing tools within a two-sided marketplace. • Bring experience contributing to or maintaining a Design System at scale. • Bring familiarity with complex operational workflows and how to simplify them for non-technical users.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Evaluate pillar-level opportunities and challenges, contributing to product strategy and roadmaps with clear problem definitions, recommendations, and success metrics. • Own end-to-end design across multiple areas from discovery through delivery, creating flows, maps, information architecture, and prototypes to communicate and test solutions. • Plan and conduct user research, synthesising insights into actionable direction that grounds design decisions in evidence. • Ensure design quality through cross-functional collaboration, Design QA, and strong attention to detail, using and contributing to the Design System. • Mentor peers, proactively identify and remove blockers, and maintain momentum without sacrificing quality.
