Staff Software Engineer (Full Stack)

• Bring 6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on technical leadership. • Show deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript across the full stack. • Bring hands-on experience applying AI in a real engineering organisation, such as agentic workflows or automated code review. • Show experience shipping LLM-backed features to production, including prompt and context design. • Bring broad AWS experience across serverless, containers (ECS/EKS) and managed services. • Define and deliver features from architecture and design through release and production support. • Mentor engineers and guide complex projects from design to release. • Work comfortably with Terraform, CDK or CloudFormation. • Take ownership in autonomous roles without heavy direction.
