Senior Software Engineer I (Growth)

• Bring solid TypeScript and JavaScript experience. • Show experience building user-facing product surfaces where conversion and UX matter. • Work with React, with React Native as a bonus. • Bring 2+ years of full-stack experience. • Work comfortably in a fast-paced environment driven by experiments and data. • Deliver features end to end, from architecture through rollout, measurement and iteration. • Stay curious about what didn’t work as much as what did.

• Architect, build, test and ship high-impact user journeys and subscription funnels. • Design and run experiments across onboarding, paywalls and plan discovery. • Help prioritise opportunities and define success metrics with Product, Design and Data. • Ensure a smooth, consistent experience as users move between products and platforms. • Implement instrumentation and tracking to understand behaviour and measure impact. • Own features from discovery and technical design through rollout, monitoring and iteration. • Improve CI/CD, testing and release workflows so the team ships and learns quickly.
