Product Designer

• Lead the design process from discovery through to delivery, keeping customers and their interests in mind throughout. • Join the Product team, which shapes the experiences that power Revolut. • Turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions alongside Design, Engineering, and Data. • Design products that solve problems simply and elegantly while attending to every small detail. • Work across wireframing, end-to-end flows, and prototypes. • Take ownership of key metrics and their success rather than handing designs over the wall. • Work remotely from the UK, or from the London office, with the role also open across a dozen European and international locations.

• Bring 3+ years of experience designing world-class commercial apps in-house. • Bring a portfolio featuring examples of product design work. • Bring impressive design skills across iOS, Android, and web platforms. • Think at a high level about product strategy and articulate your design decisions. • Bring a solid understanding of the technical implications behind those decisions. • Take ownership of design processes. • Focus on UX with a real understanding of human behaviour. • Bring a clean visual design sense. • Bring skills in typography and grids. • Love problem-solving and being challenged.

• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field. • Bring programming experience and the ability to code simple prototypes. • Bring experience designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems. • Bring experience working in a fast-paced startup environment. • Bring experience running guerrilla and customer testing workshops. • Bring experience reviewing release performance and iterating on the findings.

• Partner with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customers and their needs. • Identify key metrics for projects and take ownership for hitting them. • Research and bring forward new findings for complex company goals such as launching in new territories and offering new features. • Design products that solve problems simply and elegantly, from wireframing through end-to-end flows and prototypes. • Run guerrilla and customer testing workshops. • Implement technical solutions and present actions during design reviews. • Review release performance, identify learnings, and find ways to improve.
