• Support the CEO and senior executives on key company initiatives as one of Revolut's general problem solvers. • Take ownership of multiple projects and deliver business value through the creation, optimisation, and maintenance of various processes and products.

• Hold a STEM or other highly quantitative degree from a top-tier university. • Have a track record of outstanding achievement in different areas. • Have 4+ years of experience in a top-tier investment bank/PE, strategy consultancy, or fast-growing technology company. • Have experience working abroad or as an expat.

• Identify new growth and revenue opportunities. • Build and optimise scalable processes to support the company's growth. • Lead and execute key company initiatives.
