Business Analyst

• Uncover valuable insights by collecting, cleaning, and organising data from multiple sources alongside performing independent research. • Use business intelligence expertise to validate data accuracy, design interactive reports to track key performance metrics, and monitor user experience. • Keep the team informed about tech developments, especially in artificial intelligence, while making data-driven recommendations to senior management.

• Hold a bachelor's level degree in Data Analysis, Business, or a related discipline. • Have strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality, and continuous improvements. • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be adaptive to change. • Have experience in data manipulation and reporting. • Have excellent communication skills and experience working in a team environment. • Have critical thinking ability to perform comprehensive research online and interpret data meaningfully to offer actionable insights. • Have excellent organisation and reporting skills including presenting to non-technical stakeholders. • Have a strong willingness to learn. • Be able to translate technical findings into business recommendations.

• Hold a master's degree in Data/Business Analysis or a related discipline. • Be proficient in using software such as CRM, session recording, and workspace tools. • Be proficient in using AI tools in a business setting such as Claude or ChatGPT. • Have experience building autonomous workflows. • Have a basic understanding of APIs, data pipelines, process mapping, and gap analysis. • Bring 1+ years of work experience in a Business Analysis role. • Have project management experience managing multiple projects with the ability to use initiative, work independently, and prioritise tasks.

• Manage, optimise, and report on data from CRM systems, enhancing functionality for key areas. • Collect, clean, and organise raw data from various sources, performing data manipulation and segmentation. • Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights, applying business intelligence and reporting knowledge to make informed decisions and present recommendations to senior management. • Design and build interactive reports to help business areas track performance. • Organise and maintain industry-level analysis reporting to management about tech developments in areas such as artificial intelligence. • Monitor and report on customer journey and user experience data. • Monitor trends and changes affecting the competitive environment. • Make data-driven recommendations based on research pieces. • Identify data-related errors and propose fixes. • Ensure adherence with GDPR, maintaining data integrity and privacy. • Review product tasks and make informed recommendations backed by data and research trends. • Introduce reliable autonomous flows into business operations wherever possible. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new product and research ideas.
