📋 Job Requirements
• Be UK-qualified with 8+ years PQE, including time at a top-tier law firm and in an in-house legal department practising employment law.
• Bring significant experience giving practical, commercially focused employment law advice across EMEA.
• Handle employee relations, investigations, works councils and consultation requirements, restructurings, redundancies, dismissals, and other complex employment matters.
• Build trusted relationships with People, Legal, and business leaders, exercising strong commercial judgement and influencing decisions in complex situations.
• Design and scale employment policies, programmes, processes, and documentation in a growing organisation, using technology and AI-enabled tools where they help.
• Communicate exceptionally well, stay intellectually curious, and work collaboratively with a strong desire to learn and improve.
• Keep your camera on during video interviews and attend in-person onboarding if hired.

• Serve as primary employment legal advisor for EMEA and support other regional and global employment matters.
• Draft, revise, and update employment and benefits-related documentation and agreements.
• Advise senior stakeholders on complex employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, and investigation matters, recommending appropriate outcomes.
• Identify and operationalise compliance requirements, building scalable employment policies, playbooks, templates, and self-serve tools with partner teams.
• Support international growth, covering expansion into new jurisdictions, workforce scaling initiatives, and evolving employment compliance requirements.
• Manage employment-related litigation, including strategy, discovery, drafting, and coordination with external counsel.
• Spot developing employment legal requirements and future legal risks to the business before they land.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, accounting, procurement, and communications.
