• Bring 10+ years of experience in data science, including 2+ years at Staff, Principal or Director level. • Show a track record of leading high-complexity projects from scoping to production with minimal direction. • Advise others confidently on complex data science work. • Turn ambiguous, complex problems into a series of well-defined projects. • Bring hands-on experience deploying ML in production and developing NLP solutions. • Work with AI-assisted development. • Write production-grade code in Python or a comparable high-level language. • Bring advanced SQL and query optimisation skills. • Collaborate effectively with product teams and contribute to overall team throughput. • Attend video meetings on camera and travel twice a year for the all-hands and a team retreat.
