📋 Job Requirements
• Bring 5+ years of experience in shopper marketing with top-4 grocery customer experience in FMCG or lifestyle brands.
• Bring a proven ability to manage agencies and deliver integrated shopper campaigns from brief through to execution.
• Bring strong commercial acumen and a track record of driving measurable results through execution.
• Show confidence as a relationship builder, able to engage both grocery customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
