💼 What you will do

• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to build sales pipeline for Atlassian's most complex customer base while ensuring a delightful customer experience. • Work in tight coordination with Sales Operations and Marketing teams. • Operate in a non-traditional, fully remote sales role based in the UK or Poland.

📋 Job Requirements

• Be fluent in English and German or French. • Bring 1–2 years of prospecting experience, or be making a career change from recruitment or sales where you were a top performer now interested in software sales. • Demonstrate accountability and thrive in a results-based culture as a high performer. • Communicate clearly, intentionally, and with curiosity, building trust naturally. • Have clear goals and daily routines that help you achieve them, actively seeking coaching and actioning feedback quickly. • Take ownership and choose action over inaction, treating challenges as opportunities. • Love using sales technology and be comfortable working inside Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

🌟 Nice-to-have

• Have prior experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales development. • Bring familiarity with account-based prospecting strategies for large enterprise customers. • Have experience with personalised prospecting across multiple channels including email, social, video, and calling.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Be accountable for meeting setting, outbound prospecting, conversion, quota, feedback, and customer obsession for Atlassian's largest customers. • Collaborate with enterprise-level sales, marketing, partner, and operations teams. • Navigate objections through value-driven messaging with a customer-focused and organised approach. • Execute personalised prospecting to delight customers using email, social, video, and calling. • Build pipeline in partnership with Enterprise Account Executives and Enterprise Marketing teams. • Develop an in-depth understanding of each customer's organisation, business goals, and challenges to better understand their needs. • Coordinate with team members to execute new ideas or approaches to achieve process improvement goals.
