International Payroll Analyst

• Join Reddit as an International Payroll Analyst, working fully remotely from the UK. • Own and scale international payroll operations across LATAM, EMEA and APAC. • Manage multi-country payroll delivery across 15+ countries for a fast-growing workforce. • Lead payroll technology projects, including Workday enhancements and global vendor implementations. • Partner with People, Finance, Tax, Legal, Treasury and Equity teams. • Report to the Senior Global Payroll Manager as a key individual contributor.

• Bring 5+ years of progressive payroll operations experience at a high-growth, publicly traded tech company. • Hold a bachelor’s degree or bring equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting, finance or HR. • Use Workday Payroll confidently, including reporting, configuration and integrations. • Use Excel or Google Sheets at an advanced level, including lookups and pivot tables. • Understand global equity taxation, statutory compliance, international labour laws and multi-currency payroll. • Handle confidential data with high discretion. • Solve problems well and communicate clearly across teams.

• Bring experience responding to internal, external, statutory and financial audit requests. • Show experience applying automation or AI tools to payroll operations. • Bring experience providing service to employees across regions, cultures and time zones. • Show experience supporting international expansion or payroll transformation projects.

• Manage, audit and run payroll across 15+ countries, from inputs and approvals to reconciliations and filings. • Lead the payroll calendar across countries and manage cutoffs, exceptions and risks. • Work with in-country payroll providers to meet regional pay schedules and statutory deadlines. • Oversee international equity payroll processing for RSUs and stock options. • Lead payroll technology projects in Workday and support new global payroll solutions. • Document and enforce global payroll policies, SOX controls and standard operating procedures. • Support M&A integrations and new country market entries.
