Manager, Solutions Consultant

• Manage a team of Solutions Consultants supporting UK/I and Nordic Strategic, Enterprise, and Mid-Market accounts. • Marry technical depth with strong storytelling to bring Figma's platform to life for some of the most influential enterprises in the region. • Scale the Solutions Consulting function and contribute to the evolution of Figma's enterprise go-to-market motion. • This is a hybrid role held from the London office.

• Have 8+ years of relevant customer-facing technical experience with 3+ years leading Solutions Consultants or Sales Engineers, with direct accountability for team performance, mentorship, and feedback. • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Have proven success collaborating with cross-functional partners including Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support. • Be a hands-on problem solver who mentors effectively but can also jump in as a player when needed. • Have a proven track record designing and implementing strategic programmes that drive impact across teams. • Have experience with light scripting, querying, or prototyping.

• Have experience using or working with Figma. • Have experience working across multiple time zones.

• Lead and empower a diverse team of Solutions Consultants across London. • Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside your team. • Assist in continual training and development, including mentorship, hiring, and career growth. • Work cross-functionally to help define and execute the technical pre-sales strategy. • Build and implement programmes that help scale Solutions Consultants and drive greater impact for customers. • Monitor team performance and support them in exceeding their goals.
