What kind of cyber security jobs do you show on WFH Jobs?
We show a wide range of cyber roles, including security analyst, penetration tester, and security architect, from top companies worldwide. We believe in the importance of a great company in which you can grow and thrive.
How can you land a remote cyber security job?
Cybersecurity jobs are unfortunately quite rare, and in our experience, it is not too common to see many completely remote jobs. More so, hybrid options. If you have a background in IT or even a University degree in Cyber, you have the baseline for a Cyber role. Having relevant past work experience in this field, plus relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM, will help tremendously, especially as you move into more senior roles.
Can you get a cyber security job if you are just starting out?
Yes. There are entry-level roles like junior security analyst or SOC analyst that welcome newcomers. Having a solid foundation in networking, operating systems, and basic security concepts will help. Building a home lab, participating in CTF competitions, or earning entry-level certifications can make your application stand out in a competitive field.
